Brian Delia is the founder and creative director of Brian Delia Photography, an award-winning New Jersey wedding photography and cinema studio established in 2009. What began with just 12 weddings and a small apartment office has grown into one of the region’s most recognized wedding photography teams, capturing more than 300 weddings and events annually across New Jersey, New York City, and destination locations.
With over two decades of professional experience and more than 2,000 weddings and events captured since 2003, Brian has built a studio rooted in consistency, professionalism, and storytelling-driven imagery.
The Philosophy Behind the Studio
Brian’s approach to wedding photography is built on a simple principle: couples deserve both creative artistry and a seamless, professional experience. After experiencing the wedding process firsthand as a groom, Brian gained a deeper understanding of how important it is for couples to feel supported, organized, and confident throughout their wedding day.
This perspective shaped the foundation of the studio. Rather than building a volume-based associate model, Brian established a team of experienced lead photographers who meet strict experience standards and follow a refined creative workflow. The goal is simple: deliver consistent quality while maintaining a personal and thoughtful approach.

Building a Team with Standards
Every lead photographer within the studio must independently photograph at least 100 weddings before joining the team and works alongside Brian to ensure professionalism, preparation, and consistent creative execution.

Brian’s role today extends beyond photographing weddings. As creative director, he oversees workflow, team development, brand strategy, and client experience to ensure the studio continues to deliver a refined and consistent product.
